One goes up, and one goes down!

I thought I posted this picture already! Oops!! 34 week picture. I had an appointment yesterday with the midwife and Cambrya is still head down so I'm feeling more confident that she will stay that way :)

The results from Nate's weight loss competition at work - no, he is not pushing out in the first picture. We took a picture of him pushing out cause he has this ridiculous ability to look pregnant - but the first picture is not that! The pushing out one looks so funny! HA but if I post it, I think it would be my last post ;)

Midwife appointment

This is SO exciting! Cambrya is HEAD DOWN! Of course, she can still move around but most likely - the norm- is that she will stay that way! God has blessed us with this little girl being in the right position for a home birth. What a relief! One more thing that is in the right direction for a natural delivery. I am so thankful for this because our hospital is really tricky right now with midwife/homebirth/VBAC people - none of the doctors are really able to give their full support because of hospital policies.

Weight gain and belly measurements are both right where they should be. My glucose test was today and was good. This time I had the option of drinking the glucola drink or eating toast, eggs, orange juice and milk. I chose the food! LOL No surprise - I did have to hold my nose and chug to drink the milk but that was still easier than drinking the flat sugary soda stuff. Oh and I am no longer the worlds most dehydrated person. Not that I love drinking water but I know that it is best for me and the little girl.

Now it's time to order my birth kit (just disposable supplies like gloves and such) and the birth tub will be coming to the house shortly. Appointments are now every 2 weeks for the next month. My midwife just had a baby and looking at her little guy today - I can't believe we are about to start all over again! It seems so strange that we will have a baby in the house. Silas is such a joy and I love being a mom to a toddler that I find the newborn stage a little scary and unfamiliar....I know that probably doesn't make sense but it already seems like so long ago that I was recovering from a c-section and figuring out all that nursing stuff. But as the closet slowly fills with pink and the appointments get closer - I know this is about to happen and I'm sure that I will be just as much in awe of God's creation and goodness when I am holding our sweet little baby. 2 months to go!

Mini Me

Just a short post from this weekend to show that Silas is glued to Nate's side whenever possible :) Where am I in all the pictures? Yeah, tell me about it! But that's why I have the weekly pregnancy pictures. So that you know I still exist ;)

Silas MUST take a shower if anyone else does. Afterwards we discovered that he is really ticklish riiiight there!

If only you could hear the hysterical, almost painful laugh

Helping Nate clean the carpets

You just push it like this Mom

This takes focus

Silas LOVED this! Nate would fill it with dirt and wheel him to the holes that needed to be filled from putting in an invisible fence for Piper. Silas wants to do everything he can with Nate- it's so sweet

On the way back to get more dirt. Thought you might enjoy the view with the chickens and Twiggy too!

32 weeks

Here's all the shots plus 32 weeks...I know the 30 weeks one is weird looking cause of the shirt being pulled down but I didn't want to redo it cause I was too lazy to look nice enough for a picture at the end of the day :) I see the midwife on Thursday so I will have more to say then - I'm hoping that Cambrya is head DOWN! Comparing 32 weeks to 13 weeks, I can see why I have no energy - look at that belly!
