Houses, school and baby!

I'm so slow at updating this. But I'm sure when Silas is born I will have lots to update about. I'll probably only send out an email once a month but update it more often. Anyways, things that have been going on lately.
Nate with some of the ladies from the "Oldies" Bible study:

We bought a house! We actually got one!I don't have any pictures to post because they removed the listing but soon I will post them. It is a great house that had been redone on the inside with lots of fun upgrades. It also has .75 acres so we have been having fun daydreaming of starting a miniature petting zoo! So far the paperwork has gone really smoothly and we are set to close on September 10th-just in time! God really provided for us here so I'm not going to be worried about any of the details of getting everything moved and such. We are fortunate to have gotten this house so quickly.

Nate is starting school this week officially so you can always pray for him to be diligent in using his time-trying to balance work, family, school, ministry. He is a busy guy! I can see that he really loves learning though so I pray that desire never leaves :)
Kathy, me and Mandy at my California baby shower:

I'm looking around now to try and see if I can have some maternity pictures taken-nothing fancy just a little better quality than what Nate and I have been doing monthly...of course I will post pictures if we get them done. All is still going great with the pregnancy. We are official lamaze graduates and touring the hospital tonight-we are as prepared as we can be! Silas is growing well and me too as you can see by the pictures. He has hiccups ALL the time. He moves like crazy during worship service-we will see if that means he loves or hates music.

Oh and I also scare him quite often. You see, I'm not used to this belly popping out. I get food on it because I hit the counter-I'm like a human washcloth. A lot of times when I cook it is bumping up against the counter or stove. I realized the other day that every time I pick up a pot on the stove and set it down Silas jumps as the clanging metal noise travels through my tummy. Poor guy! I imagine it is the equivalent of an alarm clock made of cymbals - yeah, that's why we don't have those, it's a horrible way to wake up!

Here is the latest belly shots:
